family album usa is the best education program. watch it like a story~ don't *try* to learn!!! it's fun! just relax!
anyway, english education is not about learning, it's about using it. if you ask me, i think you'll learn more watching american tv series without looking at chinese subtitiles. *the x-files~ my favorite! * if you really dunno what's going on, i recommend english subtitles. just try watching a DVD with english subtitles. like i said, you'll learn more just by using it!

i am studing it now , it is a good stuff for enhancing our English listening level ,but i think we must be familiar with the every words ,if you can do this ,that is easy !
